All artwork is unique and PVAA cannot guarantee the color, exact dimensions, or composition of any items sold online.  All purchases are non-refundable both on our site and in our physical location.  Please be sure to review all media/images of products prior to purchase and contact us for any clarifying information.

Damages and issues
We make every effort to ensure items arrive in original condition.  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on donations, memberships or gift cards.
